1. 収集・保存するデータ 1. Data Collected and Stored
Kerb は以下のデータを、ユーザーのブラウザのローカルストレージ（chrome.storage.local）、およびユーザーが接続した BYOS（現在 Dropbox）に保存します。Kerb のサーバーには保存しません。 Kerb stores the following data in the user's browser local storage (chrome.storage.local) and in the BYOS the user connects (currently Dropbox). Nothing is stored on Kerb's servers.
ここでいう BYOS（Bring Your Own Storage）とは、利用者ご自身が契約・用意したクラウドストレージを指します。Kerb は記録をそこへ直接書き込み、当方のサーバーには保存しません。 BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage) here means cloud storage that you contract and provide yourself. Kerb writes records directly there, never to our servers.

生データ（AIチャットに入力した文章そのもの）は、Kerb のサーバーには一切送信しません。あなたが接続した BYOS にのみ保存します。 Raw data (the actual content of AI chat messages) is never sent to Kerb's servers. It is stored only in the BYOS you connect.
なお、警告ダイアログで「書き直す」を選んだ場合、その入力本文は保存されません（送信されていないため）。統計情報のみが記録されます。 Note that if you choose "Edit & Revise" in the warning dialog, that input text is not stored at all (it was never sent); only the statistics are recorded.

config.kerb.zone
への通信は、重大な誤検知が判明した際に当方が該当ルールを緊急停止するためだけのものです。この通信が遮断されている環境でも、検知・警告・BYOS
への書き込みはすべて通常どおり動作します（全ルールが有効な状態が維持されます）。遮断した場合、上記の緊急停止のみが届かなくなります。
The request to config.kerb.zone exists solely so that we can suspend a rule
in an emergency, such as a serious false positive.
If it is blocked, detection, warnings and BYOS writes all continue to work normally
with every rule active; only that emergency suspension cannot reach you.

本ウェブサイト（kerb.zone）の運営には次のサービスを利用しています。これらは拡張機能の通信先ではありません。拡張機能が通信するのは 2.1 に挙げた先だけです。 The following services are used to operate this website (kerb.zone). They are not contacted by the extension — the extension only talks to the endpoints listed in 2.1.
- Cloudflare — 本サイトおよび設定ファイルの配信。アクセスに伴い IP アドレス等の通信記録が Cloudflare 側で処理されます。
- Cloudflare — hosting of this site and delivery of the config file. Connection records such as IP addresses are processed by Cloudflare.
- Tally — お問い合わせフォームの提供。フォームに入力された内容は Tally を経由して受け取ります。拡張機能のポップアップから報告フォームを開いた場合は、Kerb のバージョン・OS・ブラウザのバージョンをフォームの入力欄に自動で記入します。記入された値は画面に表示され、送信する前にご自身で編集・削除できます（入力中の文章や検知内容は含みません）。フォーム部分には Tally のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- Tally — the contact form. Anything you type into the form reaches us through Tally. If you open the report form from the extension's popup, your Kerb version, operating system, and browser version are filled into the form's fields for you. The values are shown on screen and you can edit or clear them before sending — nothing you were typing and no detection details are included. Tally's own privacy policy applies to that form.

Kerb 拡張機能は Cookie やトラッキング技術を一切使用しません。本ウェブサイトも、アクセス解析および広告目的の Cookie を使用していません。表示言語の選択を保持するためにブラウザの localStorage を利用します（個人を識別する情報は含みません）。 The Kerb extension uses no cookies or tracking technologies. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies either; it uses browser localStorage solely to remember your language choice, which contains no personally identifying information.
5. データの削除5. Data Deletion
ポップアップ画面の「未送信ログをクリア」ボタン、または Chrome 拡張機能の削除により、すべてのローカルデータが削除されます。BYOS に書き出されたデータは、ユーザー自身が BYOS 上で管理・削除します。 All local data is deleted via the "Clear Unsent Log" button in the popup, or by removing the Chrome extension. Data written to your BYOS is managed and deleted by you within your BYOS.
